Members: Be sure the email you are using to register is the same address that is in your member profile.

Chapter-Only Members: National APA has created a login account for you. Please go to https://www.planning.org/password_reset/ to create a new password. You will be required to enter the email address associated with your member profile, then click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The link may only be used once. The email will also contain your personal APA ID number. After resetting your password, come back here to register. If the APA email message with the reset link does not arrive in your Inbox be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder. If you did not receive the password reset link please contact confregistration@planning.org for assistance.

Non-Member Students will be required to set up a non-member account on the National APA website prior to registering for the conference.
